When do I need the count in?

By the Saturday prior to the event. This count will be used as the minimum for your final bill. After this, the count can be increased but not decreased. We are both committed at this point, due to ordering deadlines. In addition, due to liability problems, no unused food will be allowed to be taken off the premises. In order to avoid embarrassing disputes please be certain that your count is accurate! Back to Top

Should I include children in the count?

Should I include children in the count? Yes, if they require a place setting. Back to Top

Do I pay for children?

Yes, if they require a place setting. Our experience has been that children who are old enough to require a place setting generally increase the cost of the operation rather than decrease it. The food bill is only a portion of the total cost. Much of the cost goes toward setting up, cleaning up, and wear and tear on the premises. Back to Top

When do I pay the balance?

As soon as the final count is established, a final bill will be generated. The final bill must be paid, preferably when you come to decorate, but absolutely prior to the event Any adjustments, such as extra guests, must be paid by the end of the event Back to Top

How long may we stay in the hall?

The maximum time is five hours, not counting decorating etc. We encourage this time limit, as it generally prevents problems with intoxication, nerves ect. In the case of an early event. extra time may be obtained at a rental cost of $80 per hour. In the event of an open bar, extra time will also include a bar charge, based on the size of the event. Extra time must be arranged and approved by management prior to the event, in order to arrange for adequate employees. We reserve the right to suspend the extra time if circumstances merit the action. Back to Top

What are the liquor rules?

We abide by state and federal laws. We will not serve anyone under 21 years of age, nor anyone who is in our judgment, on the verge of intoxication. Persons of questionable age must provide suitable identification as required by law. There will always be a bartender on duty, who will be an employee of the Northridge Club. No drinks may be taken of the premises. You will be charged for the number of kegs of beer or canisters of pop tapped, regardless of the amount consumed, so please be aware of the time, when instructing the bartender to open more beverages.
